3 Public Notice - Restricting entry in Kandla Waters This is to notify for the information of all concerned that crafts including Fishing Boats plying in Kandla- waters without valid Harbour Craft Licence shall be totally banned on completion of 30 days period from the date of publication of this Notice. If any craft is found plying in the Kandla water unauthorizedly, legal action under Indian Ports Act 1908 be taken against the concerned at their sole risk, cost and consequence. This has been decided to combat security threat to the Vessels calling at the Port. Deputy Conservator, Kandla Port Trust.
