It  is  learnt  that some of the agents acting on behalf of Port Users, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Contractors, Suppliers or Lessees have developed a system  of realizing money from their clients showing as “CONSIDERATIONS”  payable to Officers of Kandla Port Trust.

Since KPT is committed  to eradicate corrupt practices in all spheres, it is urged upon such agencies to discontinue the practice and get the service only on payment of ‘Structured Port Dues’.   You can approach appropriate level of Officers if any problem is faced during your transaction with port.

The Port Users, Importers, Exporters, Shippers, Contractors, Suppliers, Lessees etc are requested kindly not to make any such payment to any agent in the name of Sundries and report if any obstruction is caused  to the notice of the Departmental HODs and Chief Vigilance Officer at the following address
